Academy LA, is dedicated to providing young individuals with the skills, resources, and support they need to achieve their dreams and become successful athletes and individuals.

Providing youth with a variety of skills to prepare them to reach their full potential athletically and holistically. Developing Real Effort Achieves More (D.R.E.A.M.) as we guide them on the path to making their dreams a reality.

DREAM Academy LA is a place where kids come to learn of their endless potential. A place where fine arts, athletic expertise, educational and therapeutic interventions are made accessible for children in under – resourced communities.

About our CEO/Founder

Preston Dillingham has spent five years serving in various positions for the UCLA Women’s Basketball team such as Scout Player, Basketball Camp Coach, Video Coordinator Intern, etc. Additionally, he has completed a year long internship with the L.A. Sparks’ Youth Basketball Operations department. Preston’s passion is to inspire youth to overcome obstacles of self doubt and teach them how to develop the skill set and mentality to actualize their biggest dreams.

Basketball is more than a game to me—it’s a way to unlock the greatness that already lives inside every young person I work with. I believe each child has limitless potential, and my passion is helping them discover just how far they can go, both on the court and in life. Through basketball, I teach lessons in teamwork, discipline, and resilience that prepare them to face challenges with confidence. My commitment is to inspire youth to dream bigger, work harder, and realize that they already have everything it takes to succeed.
