Dream Worshops
For Schools and the Public
Our Dream Workshops are mentorship-based classes designed to reach youth year-round — both in schools and through open community enrollment. These sessions focus on leadership, character development, emotional resilience, and life skills, giving students a safe space to grow mentally, emotionally, and socially.
Through engaging discussions, creative activities, and group reflections, students learn how to manage emotions, build confidence, communicate effectively, and lead with integrity.
Two Pathways:
Community Classes: Open to the public for youth and families looking for consistent mentorship and guidance throughout the year.
School Partnerships: Customized for schools seeking in-class or after-school enrichment programs that foster self-awareness, teamwork, and mental well-being — particularly impactful in underserved districts.
Program Highlights:
- Weekly mentorship sessions with interactive themes
- Journaling, affirmations, and mindfulness practices integrated
- Guest speakers and community leaders sharing real-life lessons
- Pre/post surveys to measure emotional growth and student voice
Outcomes:
A lasting culture shift among students — building stronger self-awareness, empathy, and leadership. Schools report improved campus climate, reduced behavioral incidents, and greater student engagement.
